What a peaceful place...

...to calm down. Big enough pool to swim - perfect with the cover, lovely stonewalls in the house, nice place to sit under the arbor, beautifully planted garden, always friendly service by #oceavilla.

Belle demeure, bien située, au calme. Dommage que l’entretien soit aussi déplorable !, Nous espérons et souhaitons que nos remarques permettent aux proprietaire et agence d’agir dans le bon sens, pour eux et les futurs locataires. Nous sommes habitués à louer des gîtes et ces remarques ne sont pas une critique, juste un constat,afin que cette demeure profite, au mieux à d’autres vacanciers. A " part " ces remarques très bon séjour, le soleil était présent.

schönes Haus und Anlage, schlecht gewartet und verwaltet

Ferienhaus per GPS nicht zu erreichen, keine Wegbeschreibung, Einweisung durch Verwalters sehr kurz. Keine Reaktion auf Beschwerden wie z.B. keine Heizung in 3 von 4 Bädern und Schlafzimmern. Küche dringend wartungsbedürftig, am Gasherd funktioniert nur eine automatische Zündanlage von 5 Brennern. Verwalter kam nicht zur Endabnahme trotz vorheriger telefonischer Absprache.Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen extra bezahlt werden. Der in der Beschreibung von Fewo angegebene Gasgrill war defekt, es stand lediglich ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. In der Beschreibung waren auch Föhne angegeben, es gab nur einen Föhn für 5 Zimmer.Nach unseren bisherigen zahlreichen positiven Erfahrungen mit Fewo direkt, fragen wir uns , ist dies ein Ausrutscher oder hat die Qualitätskontrolle durch Fewo direkt nachgelassen? Très bon séjour dans cette maison !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée, au calme et dotée d'un jardin bien sécurisé, parfait pour une famille avec enfants ! Accès direct aux pistes cyclables pour de belles balades en vélo.

Maison très agréable dans un bel environnement où les petit compagnons à 4 pates sont admis. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter en vélo ou à pieds. De très beau point de vue sur la mer. Piscine et boulodrome Calme et repos assuré.

Table trop petite pour 10, 2 canapés soit 6 assis et les autres sur petits tabourets,, menage imposé en fin de séjour, 5 chambres avec salle d'eau dont les douches ont des moisissures et les toilettes tâchées de tartre, très mauvais debit internet donc pas de télé ampoules manquantes et tableau electrique qui dijoncte, facturation surprise des animaux en fin de sejour.

Haus auf dem Land nahe dem Meer

Sehr schöner großer Garten der zum Entspannen einläd. Allerdings sind nicht alle Teile des Hauses stimmig und passen zum Preis. (Duschvorhang, Küche und Kuchenausstattung) Wir hatten aber eine gute Zeit und die Strände im Umkreis sind sehr unterschiedlich und schön.

Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end. Les extérieurs sont très appréciables (piscine/terrain de pétanque) même si nous n'avons pas pu beaucoup en profité à cause de la météo. Le quartier est calme. La maison est plutôt bien équipée, et chacun à son confort avec sa sdb et son WC.

Très bon séjour dans une très belle villa

Villa très confortable et agréable. Bien située et équipée de 5 salles de bains. Bémol, nous avons connu des problèmes de pression d’eau qui étaient imputables à la société de distribution qui faisait des travaux. Cela devrait se résoudre, Notre hôte était attentif à nos questions et avait le souci de nous aider. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison du 06 au 20.08.22, tout était parfait. La piscine superbe, l'espace dédié à chacun est très surprenant, chaque chambre ayant sa propre douche et wc. La seule petite chose à améliorer est la taille du réfrigérateur, un peu petit, même si nous n'étions que 5. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe d'!Océavillas - Océalocations à qui nous renouvellerons notre confiance pour les vacances de l'année prochaine.
