“We were checked into two separate rooms instead of the two-bedroom unit we had booked. The blinds were broken, the furniture was stained, there was black mold in the bathroom, and the rooms had a horrible smell. After maintenance inspected the mold and confirmed what it was, we were moved out of that room and into one that did not have broken blinds and was somewhat cleaner. The hotel then told us that they did not have any two-bedroom units available and claimed they did not offer them on the……

“This was my 4th trip Wilderness Club Big Cedar. Its a great place, just my timing was off, since the resort planned parking lot resurface, which forced us to drive into the resort the back way. Not really a big problem. The resurface smelled really bad. Some renovations were going on. Lot of hammering and racket. I brought my JBL bluetooth speaker and blarred music in my room to drown it out. I would go back, I'd just call first and ask if there is renovations going on.”

“Loved it. Pool was much smaller than expecting (not hosts fault), the condo itself was perfect. Very clean, great central location, room for all of us. Beautiful property. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! My parents and I celebrated Mother's Day and my Birthday. The condo was clean, thoughtfully furnished, had stylish and welcoming decor, comfy beds, and had a great layout for the kitchen. My husband didn't make this trip but this place would accommodate two couples well with the king size beds in both rooms, the full dining set, and perfect amount of living room seating. The hosts were super nice and even talked my parents through how to get to the right channels on the……
