"I have 3kids (8yrs, 7 yrs and 2.5yrs) , traveling is not easy . St. Regis made everything so seamless and comfortable. The morning buffet is crowded since this is Chinese lunar new year. J Chen from the Promenade restaurant always arranged everything properly for us. From seating to take the food, the experience was excellent . My family really want to say thank you for the whole team as we feel l we stay there just like we stay at home."
