"Overall when we first arrived things appeared to be clean, spacious & well kept. After settling in we noticed a few minor things like the master bedroom door looked to have been kicked in & did not close with a latching close as for privacy. "Fantastic location for guests attending a wedding at Quail Creek. We felt safe and comfortable. The property was much larger than it appeared in pictures. We had more than enough room. The property nicely provided a few essentials we’d forgotten. My husband just for fun caught and released one Brim in the pond too! Communication with host prior to arrival was great as well. We highly recommend this property to others."

Best Western Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel

8/10 Good

"Check in was a breeze. The hotel is older, but in the process of being revamped. Our room was very clean and quiet. My husband and I even mentioned how it seemed like we were the only ones there because it was so quiet. All of the staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection. It was also being monitored by the staff so there was no items running out, etc. The hot tub was down during our stay, but we loved the pool. Again, it is older - but it was clean."

"This was a fairly new hotel. It was a first time staying a Tru. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was worth the price paid. Breakfast was alright, not much on the day I visited. Seemed as the food was not kept up and although there were yet many people eating, staff took things items, ran out of juice and so on. Overall I give my stay a 4 out of 5."

"We were supposed to switch hotels to one on the lake in Guntersville. We loved this hotel and location so much we canceled the other room to stay here our entire week. We stayed in a 2 bdrm w/balcony. It has a full fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, and everything you need for a family of 5. We were comfortable and spread out. We love this hotel and will make it our go to on our getaways. We (me and my 7 and 11 year old) walked to Walmart and McDonald's with 0 problem. Longhorn and McAllister's are also within walking distance. We loved the pool. The front desk was kind and all the staff were extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place."
