Very nice location, reasonable price,Room was clean . We stay three night. We request to clean the room and they did it nicely.Staff are friendly, outdoor pool seasonal so it was closed when we stay. breakfast was ok and reasonable price.

The place is a great place to stay needs some up keep to be done in the rooms; the shower rod looked like it was falling off and the door to the balcony felt like it was ready to come off the track. Other than that rooms were clean and place and staff were good to us.

The layout of the loft was really nice and but the sheets had old blood stains the bathroom tub shower head faucet and were rusted and the shower curtains were probably there for as long as the hotel has been open. They didn’t have a full arcade room as described only 4-5 games worked the pool was outdated and the gym floor wasn’t appealing to look at. Staff was very helpful and nice but the hotel room was very uncomfortable to stay in it really needs to be updated

Definitely needs some updating but for the price and purpose for trip it was great. Staff was friendly. Outside area was pleasant. Only issue was the smell of Marijuana as we entered the hotel. With legal and recreational use now is something we deal with unfortunately. Bartender was very nice and helpful.

The staff was the best part of my experience. The room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountain. However, it was not clean. Luckily I always travel with lysol wipes and spray. I had to clean the bathroom myself. The drapes had large visible stains and the carpet smelled musty in the room and especially in the hallway. For a budget stay, despite the discomfort, we made it work.

Our room was clean and the pillows were great. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The only suggestion in the bath would be the addition od conditioner and body lotion. The outdoor space was beautiful!! The various decks were roomy and overlooking the lake. There is also a waterfall contributing to the calming feel along with the lake. The outdoorSwimming pool was large and accommodating. Lounge chairs were provided, but there weren't any cushions and a bit uncomfortable on the plastic. We would recommend staying here!!!! Plus it's very close to Camelback activities!!!

Was a fail that Sunday breakfast buffet was canceled for the hotel guests because they rented out a banquet room with a buffet to the public. The restaurant menu lacked but the chicken Marsala and wings were excellent. The omelets didn’t have any cheese and were just scrambled eggs with ham and onion incorporated and folded over. Bed was cozy and the view from the balcony was amazing. I’d recommend the hotel but elsewhere for dining

This property is getting a little long in the tooth. The room was quite fine. Reasonably appointed and most importantly clean. The drain plug in the shower wouldn't stay open so we had to prop it up. The property needs an update. It served our pose and was an okay value.

my 2nd year staying here. little outdated but you get what you paid for. they have indoor and outdoor pool and plenty of towels and check in was easy. only one elevator works but there’s only 4 floors so i don’t mind taking the stairs. nice and quiet got plenty of sleep and hot water in the shower.
