The property has a large safari themed pool including water slides. Property was immaculate and staff unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Our room faced the pool and ocean and provided a nice view. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. My only complaint about the room is that only a couple of plugs were useful for charging. The buffet/selected item breakfast is a must. Again, highly attentive staff and special requests are taken. I highly recommend.

Lovely place but...

Pool is not so clean enough as we found a lot of mold on any cornes and steps! Windows and door glasses has been never cleaned, specially from outside. Even in the wáter foset lavatory we founded mold. Imposible to beleived after viewed a lot of workers in the hotel. Somebody has to take the responsability for all the cleaning.

Disappointing stay

The hotel does not allow outside food, not even soda and water, BUT their lone convenience store is always close and their resto is quite privey esp for guests staying for 3 days or more like us. The pool was not clean and the slides and fountains were not open during our stay. The beach is disappointing. It was dirty and generally not suited for swimming. A fight broke out the first day of our stay and it took awhile for security to contain the chaos. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. A waste of money, and a waste of precious vacation time.

Check-in with the hotel staff was a straight-forward and welcoming. The room + bathroom were both spacious and very clean. We had dinner at the Shanghai Garden Restaurant - there was a menu for Chinese food and another menu for everything else. We ordered the Chicken Adobo rice, shanghai lumpia appetizer, lechon appetizer, and a few bottles of San Miguel Pale Pilsen; everything tasted great! Chin and Caren we're taking care of us during dinner and their service was also outstanding. We had their complimentary breakfast when we woke up the following morning and it was delicious. We had garlic rice with corned beef, omelette made to our liking, macaroni soup (sopas), fresh coffee, and fruits + brownies for dessert. Check-out was seamless as well - the hotel staff advised us to wait for a few minutes while they inspected the room and we were on our way home shortly after. Thank you for the great hospitality Tanza Oasis and Resort staff!

I’m very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was not clean, the sink was clogged and rusty, and the room overall did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or comfort. The bed was very hard, and I was surprised to be told there would be a ₱150 charge just for an extra towel. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service.

The photos of this property online did not reflect the actually property. The property was littered with garbage on the floor and in the swimming pool. The pool was so over crowded with small children and adults that we couldn't swim. The did not provide pool towels, the elevator was "out of service" so we took the stairs. No hot tub or jacuzzi, the bar and billards was "out of service" the water activites were not available, the beach was closed and littered with trash anyway. Our room (executive suite for 3) only had one double bed. The room was dirty and in need of repair. The wifi was "unavailable" and we could not use our credit card here because the "machines" were down. We arrived at 10:30am and was told we could check in early, we ended up checking in at 1:30pm, and decided at 1:45pm to leave. It took us until 3:45 to check out because the system was down. If you want to waste time 2.5 hr drive +18.000.00 peso this is the place for you

현지인들이 조용하게 가족끼리만 호텔에서만 놀고 싶을때 이용가능할 것 같고, 휴양으로 외국인이 오기에는 주변에서 할 수 있는게 너무 없다. 출장으로 가서 휴식만 취했기때문에 그만하면 충분하다. 객실 내 와이파이 속도가 매우 안정적이다.
