「Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.
We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend」

The rooftop bar adjacent to the pool was a great spot to spend an hour or two

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「Nice hotel located near the beach and several restaurants. Beautiful ocean views but is a bit noisy on the first level as it’s close to the main road on the ground level. Located away from the main town part but has an amazing rooftop pool/bar and fantastic breakfast. Parking was super helpful as that area and streets are tiny and winding. All of the staff were so great, I wish I could give 4.5 stars!」
