「4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. Then we try to take a bath. Jets don’t work. We were offered lots of apologies. Nothing else. No further attempt at repair. The next morning, they ran out of...

「My husband and I spent two nights during the off season (late September) and everything was perfect. Most of the amenities in the ski village itself were already closed, but the resort was quiet, the hot tub was open, the restaurant served us daily, and the setting (nestled in the crest of the mountains) was amazing. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a great stay in a beautiful location. We Loved it.」
