Everything was fine. The bar closes at 9 pm. The lounge outside the bar is open all night. We finished our drinks before 9 pm outside the bar in the lounge. We were talking in the lounge and an extremely rude heavy set female staff member came snd told us she was locking the door to the bar. We were not in the bar. We were no longer drinking anything. She rudely told us we needed to leave the lounge. The lounge is ooen 24 hours oer day. That's where the library is. The Lodgers sitting area is there. Front desk reception is there. We left accordingly. We did not tell the staff member anything. We hsd tipped our server very well before we left the bar. This other staff member from the bar totally ruined our night...for no reason.

I do not have a pet so that was not an issue. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Room was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. I will be back.

The room was dirty. The floor was covered in dirt so badly that walking across the floor in bare feet coated the bottom of the feet. We had to place bed linens on the floor in order to walk without shoes. The photo shows the dirt on my finger after rubbing it across the floor in the center of the room.

Everything was pretty much as expected - room was nice, location was good. The hotel has a coffee shop and restaurant, which seem nice, but otherwise it's a pretty basic hotel. The room had two nice queen beds, plenty of space for all three of us. The bathroom is pretty small, the floors could use a good scrub, but nothing really to complain about. The staff were super helpful and nice. The hotel was definitely quiet and there were a few families around.

Great hotel and great value! The rooms were very nice. We had a fridge, microwave, and keurig. The beds were very comfy. We liked the espresso bar attached to the lobby, which is a coffee shop during the day and restaurant and bar at night. The food there was great!

The lodge has been refurbished recently, and the still large rooms are comfortable, with great hot water and pressure and plenty of it. The bathrooms could still use a bit of work (grout work and lighting), though. Soft beds, good linens. No coffee in the rooms but lodge guests get a discount at the new coffee bar. We didn't use the new bar, but happy hour specials are promoted.

Pictures on business site are pretty misleading. This is a 1 star roadside motel that has new beds and huge tvs upgraded. The website shows Aveda bath products. We looked in the tiny bathroom and saw a very used old shalllow tub with an industrial grade Dial hand soap dispenser screwed into the wall. Walls are thin. Doors are not well sealed, cold air blew through all night. Curtains do not actually close all the way, bring a clip. That said, very nice staff and great cafe. Not worth the surge holiday pricing. Pay the extra $ and stay somewhere else.

The property is pet-friendly and charged $20/day for pet fee. They have great amenities like the towels, makeup remover, house slippers, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, coffee and hot chocolate pods. They have excellent customer service. I really like how they helped me with my reservation and our TV issues. The downsides are their floor is dirty that it’ll make your feet black if you walked barefoot so make sure to use their house slippers, their WiFi isn’t that great, and they don’t pick up the overflowing public trash around the property until I told them about it.
