“The staff were very professional, welcoming, warm and compassionate! They were extremely kind. Each encounter from the welcome by the bellman to receptionist, room service and housekeepers were all remarkable!
The hotel is very luxurious and the amenities are 5-star. I was very comfortable, relaxed and didn’t want to leave despite being a solo traveler.
And the food was exquisitely delicious and savory!”

“The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient.
The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside.
