「飯店步行十分就可至Cusco主要廣場,非常便利 飯店服務人員非常親切,入住期間曾請飯店服務人員介紹牙醫,飯店人員十分鐘內搞定預約,非常感謝她的幫忙 只是夜間飯店旁邊的小巷子常有人喧鬧,晚間睡覺聽讓人提心膽跳得」

「Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal.」

「Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. 」

「The hotel is extremely clean throughout. The owners (husband & wife) were especially gracious and kind. They arranged a cab for me for an early morning departure. When I left at 5:40 am today (a Sunday) he was waiting in the lobby with a bag of water & fruit for me. 」

「We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. 」

「We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great 」

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order.
