The only downside is because the rooms are situated around an open courtyard you can hear people moving around and talking. 「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Fantastic stay at Cusco! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great and relaxing. Great location and delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again! Only downside was the nearby bars at night- but having the tv on at night helped!」

「Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about Ana Lucia the receptionist. My brother became ill and had to be hospitalized and all of our plans had to be changed. I was worried sick about my brother and I couldn't even function. Ana Lucia stepped in and saved the day. I was such a wreck but she went above and beyond in helping us rearrange our trip. She was so kind, helpful and professional. Beides that, the breakfast was great, laundry service and all the staff were great.」

「The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....
