Brand new apartment in Tarifa, located in second line of Los Lances beach, one of the most demanded areas by families and surfers. A perfect location to enjoy the sea, nature and all services without the need of a car.



Located in a private, quiet and safe urbanization, with fenced communal pool and green areas, just a few minutes walk from Los Lances Beach, one of the best spots for surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing in the area.

The gated community offers a quiet and familiar environment, with swimming pool for adults and children, gardens and easy access to a wide and natural beach, ideal to enjoy with children.
