“We stayed 3 nights. It is 5 minutes from Metro and supermarket. Although the apartment is near the beach, there is no seaview and all units are situated at ground floor. The unit and the garden are facing the road with no privacy. Kitchen is ok but the maintenance of the unit is no good. Shower head, exhaust fan are not functioning well. ”

“Die Zimmer waren für den Preis okay. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Gebäuderückseite und dadurch war es recht ruhig. Es fehlte dadurch aber Tageslicht im Zimmer. Allerdings sollte man die zur Verfügung gestellten nicht in seine Planung einbeziehen. Die Fahrräder vom Hotel waren ungepflegt und teils die Kette verrostet. Ein Fahrvergnügen wäre das nicht gewesen. Wir hatten zum Glück unsere eigenen Räder dabei. Das Frühstück im Café gegenüber war lecker. Das Personal dort war immer freundlich und……

“The apartment is nice - it was clean except the refrigerator had a terrible spoiled food smell and frosted over freezer. There are not any closets or wardrobes for hanging up a jacket or clothes. There are 3 flights of stairs. The photo of the exterior showing the property next to the Dr. Martens store is outdated. Don’t use it as a landmark to find the property.”

“Very nice and cozy danish appartment. Really enjoyed the stay. I see that there are some negative comments, and I am not sure why.”

“Good. Fans are important in the summer. The noise on the weekend in the summer was a lot from a nearby club. More fans in the property would help cover the noise. But a great, great, great location.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is in a great location, is well equipped, and is very comfortable. The apartment came furnished with paper goods, soaps, coffee, tea, and some spices. Two minor quibbles - it is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, and it could use a microwave. All-in-all, though, we highly recommend this apartment.”
