「Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!」

「We enjoyed our stay. I did book thinking it had a dryer and washing machine as listed but once I had booked the information I received stated no laundry facilities. She did say she would correct it on the description. I see it’s a new property so maybe some tips for future guests, hand towels are a must in bathroom, we were drying our hand on little face cloths, hangers in wardrobe and a welcome book with wifi info would add nice little touches. 」

「This house ticked a lot of boxes. Lots of space, rooms made up well, clean and comfortable. Good location for us as well. I would definitely recommend and would come back again when in Taupo. 」
