The living areas are practical and welcoming, with a heat pump on the living room floor to keep things cosy in winter and cool in summer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it ideal for remote work or longer stays.
Outside, enjoy outdoor space for relaxing, playing, or unwinding after a day out. The property is pet friendly, so your furry family members are welcome too. There’s also parking for two cars, making coming and going easy.

Please note the cleaning fee includes:
- Pre and post stay clean.
- Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.
- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.
- Rubbish & recycling removal.

3 night minimum for all long weekends
4 night minimum Easter weekend
5 night minimum December 22nd-Jan 4th
Cancellations on ANY THIRD PARTY SITE that is not Airbnb will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
