The Space:

Enjoy the ocean views and ocean breezes from your living room or private lanai. This vacation condo, located in the second floor of the second building, offers 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS with plenty of space to spread out.

The KING master bedroom is dressed in island finery with private bathroom, walk in shower, and flat screen TV makes for the perfect retreat after a long day on the water.

The GUEST bedroom offers a two TWIN (single) size beds and an attached guest bathroom that opens up to the hallway.

You can "cook your catch" in the fully equipped KITCHEN with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV and step-out balcony. A washer/dryer is available in this condo; along with free wifi.

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Florida Keys typically requires a car. Ocean Pointe is conveniently located approximately 70 miles south of Miami International Airport, which is about a 2-hour drive. The Southern Most Point in Key West is roughly a 2-hour drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: We welcome children! For their safety, we've equipped the condo with child-friendly features, but it's not entirely childproof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Marina reservations are essential and managed by First Service Residential; contact them in advance. Boats up to 28 feet are permitted, with required insurance ($300,000 liability, $100,000 property damage). Jet-powered watercraft are not allowed.
