「Stayed here for two weeks while doing some research at WVU. Good proximity to University and restaurants. Wish there was parking, but was able to buy a 1 month permit for the public garage for about 100. Clean apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee. 」

「Onsite parking, and walkable to the shops and restaurants up the block made this a great home base for a long weekend. We had some great shawarma for dinner and breakfast at an Yemen coffee shop.Beds and furniture were all super comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets and sheets. The kitchen was well stocked. Andrew was super responsive to all inquiries and happy to help with any of our questions. There were no garbage bags in the apartment, but that was rectified in less than 30 minutes.I...

「Beautiful place. Comfortable and spacious. Nicer than described. Central location. Renter very communicative.」

「Drove 7 hours with my daughter to visit her college she is attending in the fall. The code to access the fob worked perfectly and I was able to enter the building. Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. No apology or acknowledgement from the host. I...

「Stayed for a week, loved the room. No complaints, would stay again if I’m ever in the area! 10/10 recommend.」

「I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning.」

「We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

「Plenty of room, all furniture/appliances/bathroom /lighting/ temperature controls were great. The bathroom and bedroom doors were a little noisy at night for someone sleeping in the living room. The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end.」

「This was a really nice, comfortable place to stay. No problems.」

「Place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, close to many restaurants and the riverfront. I loved how they included many items for the kids. From the mouse stickers on the floorboards to the galaxy nightlight in one of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The location is beautiful. We stayed for a WVU Football weekend and it’s about 20 minutes to the Stadium. Keep in mind it is an older property but it was clean and met our needs.」

「Small studio in a great location. Perfect for traveling solos or couples.」

「The room was very large and clean. The TV didnt work (supposedly the whole place was having problems with provider) also toliet didnt flush properly. 」

「Ghost Host & Cold Showers We rented this apartment while attending WVU orientation for our son. The check-in process was easy, but that's where the positives end. The apartment itself was only mediocre—somewhat dirty, sparsely furnished, and lacking even a basic table and chairs. The real issue, however, was the complete lack of reliable hot water. On Friday morning, we discovered there was no hot water and had to attend a full day of university events without showering. The host's only response...

「It would have been better if the pool, tavern and restaurant was open」

「This property is nothing like it looks in the picture. It is an apartment complex. A single unit amongst a bunch of other units of people living there. The entrance is filthy. TV in the bedroom was broken. There was confusion about the towels. Not a good stay for Expedia.」
