“We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room……

“I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning.”

“Drove 7 hours with my daughter to visit her college she is attending in the fall. The code to access the fob worked perfectly and I was able to enter the building. Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. “Overall, my stay was fine. I do have a few issues though. The labels for the shower and the sink inside the unit are incorrect and opposite, which I had to learn on my own. Now this one is a little bit of a nitpick but I had to physically move the Keurig machine to plug it in somewhere else and there was only one outlet, not inside the bathroom, right under the TV that was a surge protector. “When I first booked this 7 day reservation, I requested a view of the lake/golf course. When we got there, our room was a bottom floor facing the parking lot, that smelled like mildew and room was dated and we had no miniature refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk and said I was not happy with this and they move us to a room that had a better view.
