根本酒店內沒有太多客人！第一次帶我去的放是行到最尾房！房內沒有窗，床邊三面貼牆，一部分體式冷氣機，很焗！服務員帶我到另一個房，有窗但打不開的全房的裝修很舊，廁所很污糟，廁紙找了很久也找不到，原來在洗手盆下面，只有一個窗口式冷氣機直射床邊！oh my god😫比之前韓國酒店還要差！幸好，我今次是來工作，只住一天！以後不會訂

The 1st room was facing the street,, traffic noises all night,, did not sleep much,the staff was wonderful,changed to a quite room, but the mattress was bad,,, The morning buffet was very poor in their selections,only watermelon,,a few sides. Beautiful looking hotel inside and out,,,

The property was so elegant, very clean and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. I will go back when I will have another vacation. I would recommend The Monaco Hotel to my family and friends.

Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. I informed the front desk on my second night and was told housekeeping would be notified. On my third day, I also left a note for housekeeping, but the issue continued and remained until my last night. It wasn't a severe infestation, but seeing them regularly was unpleasant, and I hope management addresses it more effectively. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was simple and did not offer a wide selection, but considering the room rate, I still appreciated that it was included. The room was otherwise comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. I would still consider staying here again, especially because of the staff, convenience, and value, but I hope the pest-control issue is taken seriously.

Welcome feeling of the staff.

It is a hotel that gives you the services, welcome you want. The only thing i can say is that they still have some construction goin on , so expect noises :-), reasonable hrs. Stayed there for 6 nights and everyday the staff lets you feel the welcome. Will surely book there when we pass by again.

Stay was exceptional .Highly recommended with love

The staff at this hotel ( especial mentioned to Ms Candy, Dom, Cielo, Bello. The guards forgot yhe names) were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Antipolo Malls, Taytay Mall. Highly recommended , sa mga bakasyonita , ito na ang piliin , Kung meron pang higit sa maganda na salita, Monaco na! Congratulations to Monaco, maintain to invest people like I mentioned, and maintain ninyo ang hanap hanap namin sa isang hotel.

I decided to stay here because it was cheap and new. The inside is not yet completed so the construction noise is loud. The restaurant is dim and there is no one there. The shower has no water pressure, which is very disappointing.
