“Het hotel/resort zit op een heerlijk rustige plek in de bergen, net buiten het kleine dorpje. Laatste stukje moet je even via een zandweg. Als de poort dicht is, moet je even bellen en wordt deze open gedaan. Het oogde verlaten, maar het comfort en de sfeer is zo uitmuntend. Het was al na het seizoen, dus was niet druk meer. Ondanks dat wordt alle moeite gedaan voor de gasten. Het zwembad, de diverse lig- en zitstoelen, de grote verzorgde tuin. Het eten wat vers bereid wordt, de enorme……

The owner and staff are very warm and hospitable, and the food was healthy, well balanced and delicious. Unfortunately, visitors have left trash on the shores of the reservoir.”

“Ich war vor 3 Jahren in dem Hotel und es war für die Verhältnisse gut , aber dieser Jahr war es eine reine Katastrophe, ich habe 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen , im ersten war der Spiegel kaputt und das Bad nicht sauber und kleine gelbe Flecken auf dem Bett , im zweiten Zimmer waren die Betten voll mit gelben Flecken , an der Rezeption sagte mir das wäre normal das käme vom waschen , dann der Tresor in allen Zimmer gesperrt , habe gefragt das man ihn mir öffnet der Techniker ist beim Mittag……

“the only reason to choose this hotel is that it’s near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise I’m sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100€, I got: 1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful; 2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush; 3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain; 4. In the morning the breakfast didn’t start on time and……

“I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. The hospitality is outstanding. There is street parking. The breakfast is delicious and authentic Moroccan. The room is spacious. It’s not the best sunlight coming……

“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”
