Disappointing experience of Stay in Covid

I have been to hotel in 2019 and I was extremely happy with my travel in 2019. Then I made a booking for my second travel in 2021. The hotel became so bad after Covid 19. They stopped housekeeping service and they have informed us that if I want house keeping service I should let them know before. I have noticed them to change the sheets everyday. Even in the mornings I have warned them to change it. The house keeping manager founded my sheets "clean" and they refused to change. They dare to put the sheet on the floor on top of the bed and they claimed that they have no responsibility to change the sheet every single day. Will never ever come back to this hotel again.

It is a nice design hotel with ample rooms, and great bathrooms. It is far away from the old town district where all the main historical buildings and attractions are located. Nevertheless, the neighborhood where the hotel is located has a lot of restaurants, and the metro is on walking distance. It would be nice if the hotel would have something to stand out: It felt a bit bland and impersonal.

Designhotell

Dessutom stannar lokalbuss 47 (flygplatsen-centralstationen, ca 45 minuter) alldeles utanför hotellet.

Modern and clean rooms

Nice hotel, but a bit expensive, especially the hotel bar. Due to a black out they had some problems with the computer and the hot water supply. Fast wifi, clean room and comfortable bed. At breakfast, remember to ask for your choice of egg since this is custom made and not in buffet. Not walking distance to old town, but close to the central train station.
