“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“It was a decent place to stay for one night. Walking distance to all the touristy areas and shops in Milan. The only downside is that they only have reception available limited time and it was a little confusing check in when I got there at night”

“Excellent location 5 minutes from Duomo, La Scala and dozens of restaurants. 20 minutes flat walk to railway station for trains to Lake Como. Lovely spacious modern apartment with everything you need. Our apartment in this block is on a main road and VERY noisy with traffic and trams. The windows keep no sound out. Aircon didn’t work. Luckily the outside temperature was only 23c which was bearable.”

“Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was……
