Property was lovely and clean and an ideal location to explore the local area. Facilities were fantastic, use of the hot tub, pool and sauna were just what we needed. Would definitely recommend ”

“This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. ”

“Monterey is a beautiful apartment situated close to Dawlish town centre and various coastal paths; it is well furnished and has the most breathtaking seaviews. Definitely hope to stay again. ”

“Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay……

“We spent a lovely 6 days in Teignmouth using the apartment as a base and exploring the area. There is soooo much to do around there. The apartment was excellent and although we did not meet Jo, she made us feel very welcome there via text and email messages. There was a note saying to let her know if anything was missing. We could not find any oven gloves so let her know. The next day, a new pair of oven gloves arrived in the post for us. Other than than, the apartment had literally……
