All bedrooms are fitted with a queen size bed, storage cupboards, as well as curtains for total darkness if desired. The large bedroom is fitted with a cot. The two bathrooms are complete with a shower and toilet, the 3rd is a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, cooker, crockery, and cooking utensils. The outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQ evenings.

The arrival of the police and/or non-compliance with quiet hours are subject to a payment of 450₪
All unannounced travelers are subject to an additional payment of ₪200 per night. Any damage to the water in the jacuzzi will incur a charge of 500₪
The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor (without sound recording), adjusted to respect the quiet hours: 70 dB max from 23:00 to 9:00.
Exceeding decibels at quiet hours is considered non-compliance with calm schedules.

The camera module is connected next to the sofa and must not be disconnected under any circumstances. If a passenger disconnects the camera module, this will be considered a violation of the policies and will result in a fine of 1000₪.
The building is located at the entrance of Kerem Hateimanim, 200 meters from the beach and a 3 minutes walk from Shouk Hacarmel.
Kerem Hatemanim is a very lively district, known for its historical charm. You are only a few minutes from the city center.
