“This little gem made our overnight stay in Telluride perfect! It’s surprisingly affordable, and the location is unbeatable. Joe was super kind and helpful at check in, and we loved the view from our 3rd floor room. While it’s true that there is no ac, that didn’t bother us at all. There are fans, and Telluride is cool at night. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. I will say that Telluride is bustling in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in if you have a street……

“The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”

“Room was on the driveway with no privacy. Difficult to sleep with all of the constant traffic. Also, we were unaware that weddings and events would be taking place during our stay, which went on with loud music until 10:00 pm. The room was very dusty and needed to be cleaned more throughly. For the price, I thought the room would be to higher standards.”

“Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and featured a gas fireplace, which added a nice touch. We also had access to a small private backyard/patio area, which made the stay feel more unique and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself is attractive and interesting. However, the parking fee was almost $40 per night, which felt excessive.
