「The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. 「The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.」
