The apartment is located in the CAPE SALEMA residence, overlooking the swimming pool for adults and children with deckchairs, on foot you will find a supermarket, bank, bars, restaurants, the best restaurant in Palm Mar just opposite is the SEA LOUNGE and Bahia Beach equipped beach with restaurant and entertainment

You have 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds of which you can make a double bed and a sofa bed 140x200 in the living room

Im Allgemeinen benötigt die Ferienwohnung einen Checkup. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht richtig, es sind zu wenig Tassen und zu wenig Besteck vorhanden. Im Schrank befand sich ein Safe, jedoch konnte man ihn nicht nutzen. Der Mülleimer war nicht per Fusspedal zu nutzen.

We had a great stay in the appartement and in PalmMar. There were some defects which we reported but nothing urgent. It was clean, nice swimming pool and parking place.

Appartement très bien mais quelques petites améliorations à prévoir : remplacer un fauteuil très abîmé, régler le problème de manque de puissance dans la douche, étoffer un peu les « accessoires » cuisine (plus de verres à vin non dépareillés ou ternis, plus de mugs (3 !), petits raviers/coupelles pour apéro, etc …). Dans l’ensemble, excellent séjour au calme. A souligner, excellente literie et beaucoup de rangements. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas un peu plus grande. Sinon appartement conforme aux photos … Un grand merci à Jennifer pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Nice apartment block, however the water pressure was almost non existent. Owner came and said he increased the pressure but it was no different in both the bathroom and kitchen. It was impossible to have a decent shower. Then someone from apartment below came to tell us not to use the shower as it was coming through her ceiling, I gave her the owners number, heard no more so thought problem was fixed only to have her partner come 2 days later to tell us again not to use the shower. Very disappointing

Bel appartement et bel endroit. Situé à proximité (10 mn en voiture) des stations animées de Los Cristianos et Las Américas. Possibilité de faire de grandes marches dans la Pampa. Je recommande.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet! Verschiedene Möbel, wie ein alter Fernsehsessel und die Schlafcouch gehören, aus unserer Sicht, ausgetauscht. Das Badezimmer bedarf auch einer gewissen Renovierung! Der Preis von 45 Euro pro Tag war in Ordnung

Très biens accueillis par Jennfier qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. Situé dans une résidence globalement calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée, l’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et avec une bonne literie. Cependant des points à signaler: dessous de la hotte aspirante pas dégraissée, absence de protection entre le drap et le matelas et pas de taie pour les oreillers supplémentaires. Par ailleurs la fenêtre de la chambre donne directement sur la coursive donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte sans baisser les volets. La situation de la résidence, permet de rejoindre rapidement les grands axes pour sillonner l’ile, ce qui est un plus

Guter Informationsaustausch zur Übergabe des Objekts. Uns erwartete Jennifer am ausgemachten Treffpunkt. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Übergabe. Auch der Check out war unkompliziert. Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung liegen lassen. Leider gab es keine schönen Strände. Alles sehr steinig. Dafür entschädigte der schöne Pool.

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo. Decoración bonita, sencilla y elegante. Muy contentos con la experiencia y sin duda repetiré en este alojamiento en mis próximas vacaciones.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Vielleicht könnte man noch Spülmittel und wenigstens ein paar Tabs dazu legen. Ein paar Infos zum Ort wären auch nicht schlecht. Schränkt die Bewertung allerdings in keiner Weise ein. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Auch die ganze Anlage. Nur der Ort war uns zu ruhig. Wir kamen ohne Auto und es was sehr schwierig, etwas über Busverbindungen rauszufinden. Eine Autovermietung gibt es nicht.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment and pool was just as the photos. The location was nearby lots of restaurants and bars. It was a quiet place which was just ideal for us and a short walk to the beach. There were taxis available if we wanted to explore other places. Overall a great host who was happy to help with any queries before and during our stay. Thank you

This is a lovely apartment. It has a cosy feel to it and is perfect for a couple looking for somewhere a bit quieter to stay. The bed was very comfortable and there was loads of storage space. The kitchen had all the utensils you need and was a decent size. It was only a 15min drive to the sandy beaches such as los Cristianos and playa de las Americas and really easy to get around by car.(If you are up for a long walk, you can even climb over the mountain by the coast to get there-it takes about 1hr!) There were a few really nice restaurants walking distance. The pool was a good size and kept clean and there was plenty of space to lounge. We really enjoyed ourselves, thank you

Ich habe die Wohnung im August 2018 bewohnt und wunderbare Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Vermittlerin war sehr freundlich und die Übgabe/Rückgabe hat super gut geklappt. Selbst als ich so spät in der Nacht ankam, weil mein Flug Verspätung hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute wohl darin. Es sieht dort genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Handtücher, Duschtüscher, Bettwäsche, Kissen, Decken, Kerzen, Geschirr, diverse Küchensachen, Reinigungssachen z.B. Geschirrspülmittel usw.). Die Kapseln für die Kaffe-Maschine erhält man im Supermarkt um die Ecke. Ich hatte Glück und es war noch eine Kapsel da, so dass ich den ersten Morgen einen schönen Kaffee auf der grossen Terrasse geniessen konnte. Außerdem gibt es alle deutschen Fernsehsender Ich würde die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten und bedanke mich noch einmal ganz herzlich bei dem Vermieter.
