“Perfect little guest house within 10-15 minutes of everything Nashville has to offer. Quaint and safe neighborhood with plenty of dinning options close by. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely book again. I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville. ”

“Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience.”

“The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. “This is a cozy little studio in an excellent location! Lots of good restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. We loved that it was dog friendly. “My husband and I loved this quaint place in East Nashville. It was far enough out of the city for peace and quiet yet a quick drive to downtown. We traveled with our dog and the backyard made it easy for her to get a bit of exercise and go potty. The place was very cute and just the perfect size for the two of us. Complimentary coffee was a treat and the bed and pillows was so comfy - we slept like rocks! We appreciated the time and attention put into the place. Thank you!”

“Beautiful property surrounded by woods and nature. Deer grazing in the woods saw us off one morning. Walked up the lane and caught the sunset over the mtn as well. Quiet retreat and wld rent from the host again. She was very helpful and friendly. ”

“Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again!”
