「We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite. It was perfect for a couple like us on a short stay. The view is second to none looking out North of Paihia across to Russell. You can watch the boats, ferries and yachts from the deck as well as from inside the suite. There is no oven, however there are 2 hobs to cook on. The entire unit is pristine and represents excellent value for money.」

「The location, just a block from the harbor, was excellent. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette well stocked. The decor was not fancy, but we were comfortable and felt at home, which helped make our stay excellent.」

「Wonderful place to stay, with extra touches to make our stay special. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a balcony offering beautiful views over Bay of Islands. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). 」

「Very warm and inviting feel. The spa is amazing along with all other facilities. Super neat and tidy property. Lots of room for 6 adults. Super close to paihia and everything we needed. Tucked up on a quiet street so it feels very private. We will be staying again i'm sure!」

「Cute and cozy with everything we needed for a few days away 」

「We spent around a week here. Was a great little spot! Location lovely deck with views ok the lake and town. Sleeps lots of people! Fully equipped with parking. Host took care of any requests we had. Would definitely recommend it! 」

「Nice location between the shops and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. I was able to walk into town for groceries in just a few minutes - it's a lovely walk too, just above the shore. The ferry to Russell and Oteihei Bay is right there as well. There's a park with a playground at the end of the street. Paihia Apartments have a washer and dryer in the garage, plus a small kitchen. The owners are friendly. We enjoyed our stay. 」
