「Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. 「Tis property is amazing. We normally stay here for a weekend each year and since the remodel it is even better than it was. Every staff member we can across was amazing the female outdoor bar tender (I didn't get her name) was great very friendly and made drinks perfectly. Every one at the front desk went above and beyond and all the vallet drivers took great care of our car and always had a recommendation for food! 「Parking was easy and secure. Hotel staff was good. Rooms were very nice - updated and clean. Loved the balcony facing the Marina. Upstairs restaurant and bar nice and good staff. Pool was nice but had a lot of flying ants in it. Was nice to have entertainment at the downstairs bar and food area... One negative... found the downstairs bar staff to be very slow. At one point i purchased a beverage..it took over 20 minutes to get it then after waiting to pay for it with cash I was shorted...

The view was spectacular from the hotel and restaurant. The hotel was exactly as advertised. We would definitly stay there again.」
