Great hotel in teresina

Very convenient and located next to a super market, also easy to get to the airport. Fantastic breakfast as well, with the chef making one of the best omelettes I’ve had.

I wish they would have let me know the swimming pool was being remodeled at the time of reservation. I would have chosen another hotel. The staff was helpful and polite, the hotel was clean, good shower.

The property is excellent, very clean, and the employees are very professional. The restaurant needs to train its waitresses. They seemed to be there merely waiting for breakfast to finish and then clean the area. In my opinion, they should be assisting guests, such as cleaning, serving coffee, and attending to any needs. Instead of simply telling guests where to find something like sugar, they should be proactive in providing service. The elevator needs to be repaired. It is always under maintenance. The swing pool should not be advertised because it has not been working for a long time. It is constantly 'under maintenance'.
