    Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a cozy place to unwind during their vacation. Every corner has been meticulously renovated and designed with a traditional touch, providing a relaxed and lovely ambiance.

    The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the cozy dining area. After a day of exploring Teror's charms, you can rest in the comfortable bedroom, designed with your comfort in mind.

    A functional bathroom is designed to provide you with a rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the apartment features a living area that's the perfect spot to unwind, plan your adventures, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.

    From here, you can immerse yourself in local life and explore Teror's highlights, such as the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pine and the unique atmosphere of its central square. Restaurants, cafes, and local shops will be just steps away.

Verrassend optrekje!

Voor rust, privacy en een goed verblijf, heeft dit chalet alles wat te wensen is. Het is een oase om er te zijn en terug te komen, na een dag elders te zijn geweest op het eiland. Het kostte de eerste keer wat moeite om de locatie te vinden maar eenmaal op de bestemming kan er niets meer fout gaan.

El lugar muy bonito y la casa en general estaba bien. Aparcamiento delante de la casa. Sin embargo las sábanas olían a polvo y las toallas olían a humedad tras el primer uso.

Antigua casa de campo al borde del barranco

La casa antigua de piedra de 1725 se ha convertido en tres pisos en estilo viejo. Reformados con buena calidad y con instalaciones modernos ofrecen estos pisos mucho espacio dentro, ademas tiene cada piso dos terrazas privadas con sol de la mañana y de la tarde. El terreno esta al lado de un barranco verde y bonito, hay vistas maravillosas. Los propietarios viven al lado. Son muy amables y ayudantes. La casa se encuentra al final de un camino con piso en mal estado. Pero la tranquilidad y el encanto del campo estan garantizados!

Cold, dirty, poor communication

The apartment itself is not bad — it’s quite spacious and located in the countryside. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly equipped to handle the cold weather that we found in April. The large living room could only be heated with a gas stove, which didn’t work on the first night. On the second day, we were provided with an electric heater, but it was far from sufficient to warm up the space. It was told us that this is a rural house, so we should live with it. But I did not read anywhere in the description that this is a rural house. There were also several maintenance issues. The bathroom window was broken, allowing cold air to constantly flow inside. To make matters worse, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, so the cold air spread into the rest of the apartment. The window was repaired with some toilet paper. Cleanliness was another major concern. It felt very superficial — for example, the fridge surface had visible dirt spots, and the shower was old and not properly cleaned, night lamp full of dust . Overall, it seemed like the apartment hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. Lastly, while the bed sheets were technically clean, they were very worn out and old. In summary, while the apartment has potential, due the poor maintenance, insufficient heating, and lack of proper cleaning made our stay uncomfortable.

Repetiríamos, pero la comunicación es mejorable

Todo bien, pero tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para hacer el check-in por falta de comunicación con el propietario. Toda la comunicación es por WhatsApp y normalmente con un chatbot que te da respuestas automáticas y poco personalizadas. Tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para hacer el check -in, aún tendiendo la hora del check-in confirmada con anterioredad. La comunicación fue sólo por WhatsApp y normalmente con respuestas automáticas que no nos daban ninguna información. Y finalmente resultó que el propietario vivía justo a en la propiedad junto a la vivienda. Con una comunicación más fluida hubiera sido todo más fácil
