「I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. 「This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. 「Great staff, but the hotel rooms and furniture were quite dated. Had to change my room right after arriving around bathroom cleanliness issues. I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead 」
