“Poor”

“The first room reeked of cigarettes despite booking a non-smoking room, and the bathroom was filthy. I requested a new room and was provided one; unfortunately, this room was also filthy. It did smell of cleaning chemicals, so I’m sure someone went in and did the bare minimum. There were stains all over the walls, paint peeling off, a dried noodle stuck to the wall, and the fridge had dents all over it from what I assume was someone punching it. There was also a clump of hair matted above the……

“No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos, tocó usar un teléfono y cuando llegó la persona, llegó con mala actitud. El hotel entero olía horrible, mantenimiento perverso, camas sonaban mucho, sin plancha, ni secador, ni cafetera, no había ni agua en el dispensador de snacks. No lo recomiendo para nada. Está muy mal ubicado (muy sola la zona) paredes muy sucias y artículos de cocina en muy mal estado. Me tocó quedarme porque estaba muy cansada pero no fue lo que esperaba ni lo que decía en los……

“Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed.”

“Never got check-in instructions. Way too much time spent dorking around st front door trying to get set Parking not clearly marked. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things”

“Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV.”
