"The property was great. The staff mostly great, but they do have to be more client oriented and not so much making you feel that everything is a favor they are performing and sometimes with resistance. More customer friendliness is needed. "

"HU was great. Florence is a beautiful but it is a zoo. It was nice to stay at HU away from the crowds. We drove from Sienna and were able to check in early. Our cabin was lovely. The pizza at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy. The 14 bus (14A on the ride back) was only a 20 min. ride. My kids loved the pools way more than the Uffizi. Wish we had more time to lounge by the pools. It was nice to see how Europeans vacation."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at a room with a terrace overlooking the city which was magical. The staff were lovely helpful and spoke English very well. Really convenient location.
