"There were dirty cut tips full of ears wax in the bathroom trashcan along with chew. It was gross. The toilet ran constantly. The microwave door was broken and wouldn’t shut all the way so the microwave wouldn’t work at all. I tried to call the front desk to report some of these issues and request linens for the pull out sofa which also weren’t provided but the phone also didn’t work at all. The mattress on the pull out bed was clearly super old and the springs were sticking out which I half expected. The actual bed however was not comfortable either and the pillows were not comfortable. Woke up with my neck hurting. Not pleased at all with my stay here. The only good thing was the breakfast. "

"Checked in by a delightful Debbie, our room was clean, the bathroom clean and well stocked, the bed was great, the property quiet, although convenient to I-7. The "free internet" was problematic in gaining access, and the TV was good. If you're looking for "breakfast" don't look here: bare minimum of cold fare, although the coffee and juice and fruit offered were excellent."

"The room smelled bad, but I decided instead of asking for another room & it was only one night I would deal with it. It was much cheaper than other hotels so I knew it wouldn't be as nice as a $150 & up. Staff was very nice and professional.I doubt I would stay again."
