「I stayed at this home while I was relocating to the Charlotte area. Everything about the home was so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts gave excellent instructions re check in , the furnishings are so pretty and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed. It is in an excellent location, close to the revitalized downtown Mainstreet Morrisville and the surrounding Lake Norman communities. I throughly enjoyed my time exploring the Lake Norman area! 」

「My stay was GREAT! Everything was exactly as it was listed, this is a cozy place to stay and the shower water pressure in the master bathroom was superb! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and I felt really safe. 10 stars across the board!」

「The property was spotless and even nicer than pictured. The house is well stocked for an extended stay. The hot tub was hands down the nicest and cleanest I have seen at a VBRO. 「University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. 「We had a wonderful week here! The location was great and the two units were perfect for our family (they are rented as one, so you don’t have to share the space with strangers). 「This little place is wonderful. We had a great time...We are a family of 5, and we all fit comfortably in the home. There is plenty of space for sleeping, and considering that the cottage isn't huge, the daybeds with trundles did not make it feel cluttered or tight. We loved access to the washer and dryer.
