"Nice place to stay"

"The room was nothing like what was advertised. It wasnt clean. The walls were moldy. If you like mold, then this is the spot for you. As soon as I walked into the room, I knew it was a red flag, but I had no other choice, as all the hotels were sold out on Christmas Eve. I woke up coughing up mucus; I was afraid the mold had affected me. My voice was groggy. I asked to be checked out and for the remainder of my payment to be refunded to me, but they refused. I called Expd to request my refund, and they said they could not help me. Expd would not correct the issue, but instead wants their guests to stay in a hazardous environment, even after showing them pictures as evidence of the health hazard. I have contacted my lawyers. "

"Clean rooms and infrastructure. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Amel and David were exceptional in ensuring everything went well. The rooftop lounge was a good touch. The kitchen was also responsive. The only issue was that the keycard to the elevator was unreliable and never worked. I had to rely on getting help most of my stay. I hope this can be resolved. Lovely hotel in the heart of Surulere. "

"Beware of the hotel as my booking for 2 adults and they only allowed breakfast for one and i have to pay for the second meal. Secondly, i lost the key to my room and i was maid to pay #10,000 naira for it."
