“A nice house!”

“The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great! ”

“This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino.”

“The cottage is immaculately furnished inside, and the bed is very comfortable. Just a very short walk to Main Street. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting St. Charles.”

“Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again.”

“The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“This property is nestled in a great neighborhood and within a short distance to Botanical Gardens and restaurants. Very quiet, too. Our only complaint - uncomfortable beds.”

“Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed.”

“We had a solid experience at Arthur's place. His instructions for check-in and all other processes were very accurate and user-friendly. One suggestion we have is to fix the bathtub faucet.”

“They provided snacks and were welcoming and friendly. Cute neighborhood with good places to eat within a block or two and very close to the parks! My only note is that it smelled a little off and it may have been to do with the AC being in a window near the dumpsters behind the property? Not sure because the house was spotless! Maybe a glade plug in or such to keep it smelling fresh?”

“Photos don't do it justice. This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family during my college graduation weekend. The accommodations are a perfect balance between chic, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were crowded or had too little privacy. The upstairs loft is a neat spot to chill or to sleep, and in the living room/dining room/kitchen area we could visit while watching TV, eating, and cooking/cleaning in the……
