PLEASE NOTE: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round resort facility. Please expect operational noise at any given time in a 24 hour period from grooming equipment, avalanche bombing control and any additional infrastructure operations. The resort ski school and childcare facilities reside on the ground floor of the Cody building.

Winter Amenities & Access
- 4WD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter
- Parking: 1 parking space is available in the private, underground parking garage. Additional parking is not available in the Teton Village public lots at the base, except for daytime use, and fees may apply
- In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base. In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply

Important Policies
- Pets: Pets are not permitted at any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rentals.
- Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and completion of required paperwork.
- Note that Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, and property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals office for further information if traveling with a service animal or ESA.
- Long-Term Rentals: For stays exceeding 30 nights, a lease agreement and security deposit are required and is subject to homeowner approval
- No Promotions or Discounts are applicable for this property during the Summer Months
