「We were in the Leckhampton Suite and could see our motorbike parked at the back right outside our bedroom. Property is GORGEOUS. I could have cried with relief after travelling for several weeks abroad to come home and be coddled. Milk, croissant and juice in the fridge, enough tea and coffee to drown yourself in. 「Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.」

「This property was in the middle of town and very cute. It had everything we needed. Only caution: this is not small kid friendly (very steep stairs and rocks) and not ADA or for older people. But perfect for fit and mobile folks. The price was great value!」

The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. 「The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! 」

"We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
