"Location, location location. This is not the Ritz. Gaidos is a 3 star hotel physically but with a great ocean view and great staff at a 3 star price. The building is in good shape for it's age but definitely old. Our room was clean and bed and furniture in good shape. Spots of water damage here and there which seemed fairly common in other buisnesses we went to. The pool area was very nice and is connected to the restaurant next door. The front counter workers and breakfast ladies were very warm and hospitable."
