"My original reservation was canceled because the charge that was not suppose to happened happend even though I checked the box saying pay on site. The young woman at the counter did not know what she was doing therfore I did not receive my military discount. There were NO nightmanagers on the evening shift to fix mine or others peoblems. The room was nice, however the balcony door was screwed shut. "

"My stay was one of the worst I have ever experienced. There was a person under the influence of drugs screaming day and night right next to my room, and several others drinking and using drugs on the stairs. The facilities themselves require massive improvement; for instance, the back door leading to the small balcony had no lock, and the stairs are practically falling apart, with several old, loose planks. The only redeeming aspects of this place were the air conditioning, the shower, and its proximity to the beach. If you have children or are traveling as a family, think twice: this hotel is not family-friendly; it is, quite simply, too dangerous."

"We understand maintenance issues happen. We had no running water and no AC throughout our stay. It’s been almost a month and I had to chase my credit/refund."

"I came here with my girlfriend on a weekend. This was a great valuable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was on the 11th floor. So, it was really nice to watch the view of the city while having breakfast. 10 out of 10 will recommend and will come back."

"The room was in disrepair and not at all clean. We were afraid we may bring bedbugs or cockroaches home so we left and went to another hotel. "

"We got there after a 22 hour drive. We asked to check in early they charged us for early check in that was whatever because we were tired. We went to take nap and a hour later they were banging on our door to replace curtain rods. We went to take a shower there was no water pressure at all. So it was horrible showers all week. We kept hearing banging on the walls all night. And every time you stepped out your door you got a contact high. The room was clean for that hotel and they did come in while we were gone and give us more towels and empty our trash. Overall we would not stay there again because it just wasn’t worth it.and bathroom was musty and moldy. "

"The room size and it's location were excellent. But, on the second day there were small ants crawling. And on checkout day at 9:00 Am the air conditioner, microwave's power shutoff,as well as the toilet would not flush. So we left at 9:30Am. When checkout time 11Am."

"Unobsructed view and access to beach. Clean, comfortable bed. Not the cleanest otherwise and needed major repairs, BUT YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!"
