「Good location」

「great location, delicious breakfast and excellent breakfast service. The room is a bit cold. it is a little bit tiny but it is close to tube station and you could choose something bigger but far away from the station. present surprise if you like drinks. 」

「The staff are nice, facilitated early check-in and late check out」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「good」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location, with multiple museums and two parks within walking distance. The rooms are simple and elegant, and the staff are generally friendly.」

「沒有冰箱😮‍💨，這點對我很不方便」

「The apartment is great with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and lovely living room plus kitchen. The team is highly responsive and our family really enjoy the stay.」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「This is a hotel which care about details. staff are very helpful and the hotel has prepared much than our thoughts」
