Das Ferienhaus an sich ist schön, allerdings ist die Preispolitik des Anbieters fragwürdig - jeder Krümel wird extra in Rechnung gestellt, die Krönung ist dann die Abrechnung der Betriebskosten bei den ohnehin schon recht hohen Grundpreisen des Ferienhauses.Nichtmal der örtliche Grundversorger der nächsten Großstadt ruft derartige Preise auf, wie hier verlangt werden - das ist schon wirklich frech, sich noch über die reinen Verbrauchskosten bereichern zu müssen!

Die Lage ist einfach super und die Aussicht phantastisch. Mir hat ein TV im unteren Schlafzimmer gefehlt (Anschlüsse an der Wand vorhanden), aber das ist ein Luxusproblem :-) und oft genutzt hätten wir ihn vermutluch eh nicht. Einige Personen des Personals an der Rezeption können gern noch an ihrer Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit arbeiten. Da hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Herzlichkeit gewünscht und auch ein bisschen mehr Verständnis und Freundlichkeit gegenüber Kindern. Von einer Person unmögliches Verhalten. Schön zu sehen allerdings, dass neues Personal mit Migrationshintergrund eingearbeitet wird, dieses Personal war sehr freundlich und nett und hat ihre Sache sehr gut gemacht. Vielen Dank an diese Kolleg*innen.Brötchenservice war sehr komfortabel und preislich in Ordnung. Sauberkeit war auch gut bis sehr gut und ich bin da sehr penibel. An einigen Stellen könnte der Staub mal beseitigt werden, z. B. in der Heizung und auf den Fliesenabschlüssen.

Preislich sehr zu empfehlen, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr schön finde ich die Sauna in einigen Häusern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, sodass ich meinen Urlaub voll genießen konnte
