「Ein kleines Stück außerhalb von Thale ist das ein kleines Paradies mit allem was man braucht sich zu entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Den wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzecken würde ich auch selbst gern haben 😉 und alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Ich würde immer wieder gern da Urlaub machen. 」

「Een ongeloofelijk thuisgevoel, zowel door het gebouw zelf als door het personeel. Prachtige kamer in de stijl die past bij de buitenkant van het gebouw. Het geheel voelt zeer romantisch aan. Het restaurant serveert zeer lekkere gerechten. Hetzelfde kan ook gezegd worden over het ontbijt. Parkeren is geen probleem, hetzij op de beperkte parking achter het hotel, hetzij op de grote gemeenschappelijk parking voor het hotel.」

「Although we spoke extremely basic German and the hotel staff had only simple English, this actually mattered little as everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us very welcome. Dining was excellent, and service was beyond approach, and all in all we had a very happy and memorable stay.」

「Communication was lacking. I never received any check in information. Luckily I was able to get a hold of an agent to at least tell me that lockbox code. We were never able to get onto the WiFi. The water heater didn’t seem to work, we were never able to get warm water. There was also a heater (I believe) in the kitchen that was leaking, there was rust and a small mold spot. It was otherwise clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient. 」
