“The owner's attitude was nice, location is quite close to the Udawalawe National Park. Breakfast however was only an omelet, 2 pieces of toast and a small cup of juice for each person which wasn't enough for us. The room was full of dust, and the air coming out of the AC feels like mold. If you want to join the safari, the owner has a jeep and a driver to take us into the safari in the morning which needs an additional cost, and we feel it's a little too high price.”

“We had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. “Awesome property and owner. The person was so nice. He saved the day and we slept through our alarm in the morning, and gently knocked on our door to make sure we were not missing out on the safari. He even gave us bus tips to get to Ella in the evening. And we had a lovely chat with him in the afternoon on his veranda while staying cool from the sun.
