"Stayed at Reading Green Park Village Serviced Apt during a business trip to Reading. The apartment is brand new, modern and very clean. I would strongly recommend others to stay there, especially if you travler with a family or a group of 2-3 adults with children."
"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"
"Really well equipped 1 bed apartment. Big comfy bed, quite a spacious room and all areas nice and clean.
Controlled access so felt very safe and secure at all times. "
"We loved it here. It was clean safe and secured. It was a short walk or quick bus ride to the Town centre. Very close to the train station. Nice night life with the locals."
"It was one of the most wonderful places I've stayed. very clean and very safe! And it was also very accessible to the city center. I would highly recommend it to travelers seeking comfortable and clean accommodation in Oxford!"
"It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
"The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre.
Parking is in a secure underground lot. It’s quite expensive during the day, but very convenient. A helpful tip: from 5 pm to 6 am, parking at Westgate costs only £6. During the daytime, there's a nearby lot just a 3-minute walk away that also offers parking for £6.
The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with via both messages and phone calls.

"My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre.
There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
Communication with the owners was excellent and my colleague arrived at 11.30pm and was met and promptly let into the apartment.
Great service! My colleague said he would definitely stay again and that is...
"Perfect location for town whilst also being quiet. Lots of parking options near by. Very clean. Nice touch with biscuits, cereal bars etc being left for us. Would definitely stay there again."
"Business trip - good location for transport and town. Apartment well appointed. No black out blinds or a fan. But otherwise good. Excellent communication. "

"Hotel was very clean and main areas were excellent.
Room was clean and largely well maintained but the floorboards were creaky in some places, the shower wasn't always hot and the bathroom extractor fan was pretty loud.
Receptionist when we checked in was fantastic, but when we checked out the receptionist (different person) was on the phone, which wasn't a problem, but the other staff member stood at the desk just stared at us and didn't speak.
Bar staff, although efficient behind the bar, left tables to be cleared for some time and were not verycommunicative.
Good hotel, can't fault the cleanliness, but customer service was lacking ever so slightly."
"Great place, staff were super helpful. FYI, late August 2025 there was some cleaning of the exterior of the hotel and make sure to reserve parking in advance as spaces are limited"
"
I was warmly greeted and all locations and timings were pointed out to me.My room was had a king-size bed, a two seater settee and a good quality writing desk. The room was immaculately clean and the walls were softened by coordinated artwork. There were large opening doors to a Juliet balcony, and this made the room very comfortable indeed.
One of the highlights of my visit was the spa. This was very spacious with a large swimming pool and a very clean and modern hot tub. Both the pool and the tub were maintained at a very comfortable temperature.
Breakfast at the hotel was a relatively simple affair, but because the dining room was very well presented, it felt more upmarket. The staff were quite attentive and friendly.
I requested a late check out by an hour, and this request was received warmly. This fact, however, wasn’t communicated to housekeeping and they did actually disturb me at 11:15.
Several times I had dealings with a young gentleman of colour who was working in the restaurant at breakfast (sadly, I don’t know his name). He chatted to me quite animatedly and mentioned that he was working there for the summer whilst he was not in education. This young man was a great credit to the hotel and, if you have a recognition system for staff, I would very much like to nominate him for an award.
Overall, this was the most enjoyable visit and the hotel certainly delivers within its grade.
"
"Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, one being particularly helpful with enabling the use of the gym. Breakfast was good. Three adjacent restaurants made up for the hotel not offering dinner "
