I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent experience that left my family—eight people in total—stranded without accommodation.Despite having a confirmed booking through your platform, we arrived to find that our accommodation was unavailable. This situation caused significant distress and inconvenience for my entire family. We immediately contacted Vrbo support and spent over 2.5 hours on the phone attempting to resolve the issue, but no resolution or alternative accommodation was provided.This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially given that we trusted Vrbo to ensure our lodging was secured. We incurred not only emotional stress but also potential financial impact due to your platform’s failure.Very disappointed with the host and VRBO!Nancy
