“We enjoyed the place, it has a great location, it is rustic but has ac and washer dryer, close walk to the beach, the only downside was the beds, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced along with the living room furniture. The host was great and even offered us a fresh towels while we were there, the BBQ worked great, lots of propane and utensils, would definitely be back if it had new beds.”

“Pour nous et notre famille, 5 adultes et 3 enfants c'est ok car un adulte et son enfants on coucher dans le 3 ième lit qui est dans le cabanon a l'arrière mais pour une famille 2 adultes et 5 enfants cela peut être problématique si enfant en base âge. Cela devrait être spécifié dans l'annonce ,mais cela reste pour nous 5 étoiles🥰”

Host was very quick in responding to any questions and the trip was enjoyable. I'm happy we went with this property instead of the other we were looking at as the reviews weren't as good and it wasn't as nice.”

De plus, dans la cuisine , il manquait une grande casserole pour cuisiner. Le prix total, incluant coût du ménage, taxes etc, était assez élevé. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons certainement.”

“Excellent location for Parlee Beach access. We were there for one week at the end of June 2022. We were 4 in our group. The cottage was as expected from the VRBO website. However, upon arrival we had to clean the floors as there was a lot of dirt on them. The place was full of dust all around. We brought our own sheets and pillows and found the mattresses stained. The water from the faucet can not be consumed. We brushed our teeth from store bought water bottles the whole week. We should……

“Extrêmement bien situé pour restaurant, night life et Capitol. Très beau et propre. Moins aimé : parking très étroit, flâneur dans la rue / sans abri près de l'entrée et escaliers étroits pour arriver à la chambre. Devrait juste être advertiser pour gens à mobilité réduite. Mais nous allons fortement recommander cet hôtel et planifions y revenir prochainement.”

“We loved this property the last time we stayed (different unit, same building) but this one on the second floor was not as well-kept. The windowblind in bedroom didn't function and was torn, shower door was sticky, kitchen faucet was loose, only one set of bathtowels (Yes, I looked in vanity for the extras but found a lovely person who brought us more); deck had a sketchy corner of eavestrough sticking out that should be looked at. Still only ONE bathrobe for two guests (why??) Love the……

“We were looking for a place to relax and get away and this was definitely the spot. The hosts were excellent and gave us great advice on locations to eat in the area. Relaxing in the hot tub and watching the cranes fishing along the shore was the best.”
