"This was listed as a downstairs apartment, which made us think it was a basement unit, with short ceilings and no windows. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that it was on the ground floor. We were also impressed with the work someone had put in to make this comfortable, functional, and clean. The neighborhood IS quiet, as advertised, but not pretty. We didn't care, because we just wanted (and found) a quiet, clean, roomy place to sleep. They don't have central HVAC, but the two window...

"Room was as advertised. This room had a small fridge and microwave. The room across the hallway looked like it had a small kitchen. It was good for a solo traveler not needing much.
There isn’t much immediately close to the room for food (gas station two blocks away) but fast food by the Dome was only 5 min away driving and 20 min walking. 701Eateries on University was delicious.
I’d definitely return."
